YOGA
The word Yoga in Sanskrit means ‘Union’. It is a practice that aims to bring harmony between the mind ,body and spirit. Yogasanas are a series of movements designed to increase strength & flexibility. When the mind is calm, the intellect is sharp and decisions are Rational, Right & Rewarding.
For a Peaceful Mind, Graceful Body and Useful Life, Yoga is a Perfect Health Tonic. Yoga is practised by children from Grade 3 onwards.
MEDITATION
Meditation calms the mind, brings self-composure and enables one to concentrate on one’s mental power. There is no limit to the Human mind. The more concentrated it is, the greater is the success. Concentration helps to experience each moment fully. It improves the listening and hence the communication. Each word and action is born of alertness and hence will be of a greater quality. A calm and focussed mind makes the best decisions. Transcendental Meditation is practised by students daily to reap these benefits.
